With a successful re-accreditation against the Investors in People standard, the company has continued to invest heavily in statutory and job-specific training of all kinds, including a healthy Apprenticeship programme running at 25% of our workforce over recent years.
The MM Miller policy has always been to develop our own people to meet the changing needs of the business, and our employees have responded well to a mixture of tailored courses and on-the-job coaching. We also aim to have the majority of employees holding CSCS accreditation as evidence of their competence and their attitude to Health & Safety.
